When you booked your stand for AFFE 2026 in Rome it came with a General Stand Package. Below you can find what is included…

Each stand comes with:

  • White melamine partitions, Aluminum structure in dark gray
  • Grey Carpet
  • Stand Sign in FC with Exhibitor Name & Booth Nº
  • Fascia with Exhibitor Logo (1logo centred)
  • 1 Basic Desk Wood with Logo on front
  • 1 Franklin Bar Stool
  • 1 Bin
  • 1 set of spotlights per 12m2
  • 1 power strip

For all stands;

the panel sizes are:

960 mm wide

2420 mm High

The width of the poles is 40mm

Total construction height is 2500 mm

The fascia panel is 300 mm high (220mm visible)

On the Desk and Fascia of each stand will be the exhibitor company logo. 

IMPORTANT

Please send your company logo as vector file (.EPS or .AI) to aff@lyonexpo.fr with your booth number before the 14th of February 2026

If you don’t have a vector version of your logo, please send a high resoltion .TIF or .JPG

If we don’t receive your company logo before the 14th of February 2026, we will print the exhibitor name in black.
