Please send your company logo as vector file (.EPS or .AI) to aff@lyonexpo.fr with your booth number before the 14th of February 2026

If you don’t have a vector version of your logo, please send a high resoltion .TIF or .JPG

If we don’t receive your company logo before the 14th of February 2026, we will print the exhibitor name in black.

You can pay by credit card or by bank transfer. If you choose to pay by bank transfer please use your Order ID as the payment reference. Your order will not be processed until the funds have cleared in our account.

Yes, when your payment is received we will email you an Invoice.

You can order until February the 14th 2025 – 22h00 CET. After this there is the extended possibility to order until the Friday the 21st 2025 – 22h00 CET with a 30% price increase. After this date no orders will be accepted!

When you order one of our graphics solutions for your stand wall, we will send you a full specification sheet with all dimension and graphic requirements. You cqan than send us the graphics by email or retransfer to: aff@lyonexpo.fr

If you ordered graphics through the website, the deadline to send in your graphics is Monday the 16th 2026 09h00 CET unless we have agreed to an extended deadline. Requests for an extended deadline can be send to: aff@lyonexpo.fr

Please keep in mind that the graphics are printed on fabric that is wrapped around a wooden frame and stapled blind. We can take the fabric of the frame for you after the show but there will be small holes from the staples and from where the walls where connected. The wooden frames are on rental basis and can not be kept by the exhibitor.
